Rate Increase

USCIS has adjusted and in most cases increased its fees again. The new government filing fees take effect on April 1, 2024. Some filing fees actually decreased but only if filed online, including the filing fee for Form I-130, Form N-400 and Form N-565.

DHS announces flexibility in requirements related to Form I-9 compliance
