Attorney Fee: $6,500 (Includes initial filing, preparation of RFE response, attorney attendance at local USCIS interview (adjustment cases only), and one re-filing in event of denial. If we re-file the green card application with hardship package (adjustment cases) or just the hardship package (consular processing cases), client must pay government filing fee with the re-filing.
